I believe that one of the keys for the start of a solution to the Palestinian Israeli conflict is getting the Israeli Arab business community involved. There are over 2 million Israeli Arabs or what some call 1948 Arabs living in Israel. 15 Parliament members in the Israeli Knesset. Talk with the Israeli Arab business leaders. They have families, business relations in the PA and in Gaza. Use them as a bridge.
