Education is a social practice that aims to develop human beings, their potential, skills and competencies. Education, therefore, is not restricted to school. Education is a right for everyone and aims at full human development through the teaching-learning process. Education passes through various educational spaces, in the family, at school, in social spaces, but formal education, experienced at school, whose greatest symbol is the teacher and the teacher, is a challenge... It is the teachers who are the giants in the profession of form, transform, develop and provide a new life for the subject.”
